The Centre for Academic and Digital Innovation (CADI)’s recent EDI Mini Fest brought staff together from across the University to explore strategies for addressing the awarding gap and making learning and teaching more inclusive and accessible.

The event was well attended and opened with an inspiring keynote by Dr Ope Lori, followed by an insightful session from Dr Alexander Bradley, our Graduate Outcomes Manager. Colleagues from across the faculties shared innovative approaches to embedding inclusive practice in their work, sparking engaging discussions and knowledge exchange with attendees.

Presentation slides and Zoom recordings of each session are now available on the CADI website. We encourage all staff to explore these valuable resources and continue the conversation on equity in education.

A huge thank you to everyone who made the event a success whether by presenting, attending or supporting behind the scenes.
