Digital Success Plan Project Manager

Mike is the Principal Project Manager for the CADI team. He works closely with a team of talented Digital Project Specialists and together they manage several major projects. These include the Wiseflow assessment project, the VLE Service Review project (where the team are migrating Moodle to the cloud by September 2025), and the development of the new CADI website in Drupal. He is a firm believer in the benefits of the Agile methodology for managing L&T projects.

Mike manages the Digital Project Team in CADI and also supports the team of Digital Learning Developers, along with the Digital Team Leader, Shaun Searle. During his time at the university, Mike has worked as a Moodle developer, academic (briefly), and project manager. He believes his experience and relationships are his most valuable assets and kindly acknowledges the support of the team for helping gain his current position.

In his free time, he loves being outdoors with his family, whether that’s camping, mountain biking, or kayaking.
