Justin's proactive approach drives innovation and change, as he champions the institution’s strategic needs each year. Passionate about education, he finds it rewarding to witness UoP students’ growth and continually promote best practices to enhance their experience. From a technical standpoint, Justin extensively uses digital software and stays up-to-date with the latest trends in innovation. However, he prioritises process efficiency and avoids using digital tools merely for the sake of it. Justin champions constructive alignment in teaching design.
